Chevon & Cabrito: Options & References
Option 1: You buy the kid(s) live and butcher it(them) yourself.
Option 2: You have the opportunity to inspect the live kid(s). Then you purchase the live kid(s) beginning with a deposit. We then deliver the kid(s) to the custom exempt establishment (Mattern Family Meats, Bottineau, ND). When processing is complete, we deliver the cut & wrapped meat and final payment is due.
Option 3: We take the live kids to a federal processing establishment (Langdon Lockers, Langdon, ND) and then sell you the packaged USDA inspected retail meat. 200 lb minimum order.
